Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

If you believe content on urTrax infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our copyright contact containing:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
3. identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, including the relevant urTrax URL;
4. your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law; and
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. identification of the removed material and its former location;
3. a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification;
4. your name, address, and telephone number; and
5. a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court and accepting service of process from the complainant, using the language required by applicable copyright law.

urTrax may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and may act against users who repeatedly submit fraudulent or abusive notices.
